1 General Introduction & Definitions

ssh8 is an online betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the ssh8 platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

To create an account on ssh8, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Any account created with false or misleading information will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

ssh8 may request documents at any time to verify your identity and address. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on ssh8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Funds deposited into the account must come from a payment source registered in the name of the designated account owner.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• If a bonus is active, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
• ssh8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, bonus strategies, etc.), the relevant bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Valid Bets

A bet is considered valid only when it has been properly registered on the platform and sufficient balance was available in the account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of incorrect odds or results displayed unintentionally due to a technical error, server issue, or software fault, ssh8 reserves the right to void the bet or correct the odds.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The types of markets and applicable rules may vary by event. If an event is cancelled or suspended, related bets are generally voided and funds are returned.

6.4 Live Casino & Slots

Each casino game (slots, live card games, fishing games, etc.) has its own applicable rules. All games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

7 VIP Program

The ssh8 VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and betting volume on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to your account.

In any dispute regarding VIP membership or cashback benefits, ssh8's decision will be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ssh8 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Using fraudulent or manipulative betting strategies.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Bonus abuse (collecting bonuses across multiple accounts, arbitrage, etc.).
• Betting on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
• Placing bets using automated software (bots).
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users of the platform.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, ssh8 may immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances and winnings.

9 Limitation of Liability

You are solely responsible for any financial loss resulting from use of the ssh8 platform. The platform acts only as a medium and makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of gaming or betting.

ssh8 is not liable in the following cases:

• Session disconnection due to the user's network issues.
• Delays in third-party services (banks, mobile banking).
• Losses caused by an unintentional technical error, provided that error is corrected promptly.
• The user voluntarily sharing their account credentials with another person.

15.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, only that part will be void — the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

The original language of these Terms and Conditions is Bengali. In the event of a conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version will prevail.
